Every Nesmuk product is manufactured to the highest standards of perfection and undergoes multiple rigorous checks before leaving our factory. Should you still wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us in advance.

You can return or exchange all Nesmuk products purchased in this online shop or ordered by phone within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without stating any reasons. More detailed information on your right of withdrawal can also be found in the corresponding menu item "Withdrawal".

The basic prerequisite for the return of goods and a full refund of the purchase price is that the goods are returned complete and undamaged; products that have obviously been used and are therefore no longer saleable cannot be returned or refunded.

Products personalized by engraving are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You bear the costs of the return shipment within the scope of the withdrawal; in the case of incorrect or defective goods, we will of course bear the costs of the return shipment as part of the exchange.

After receiving and checking the products you have returned, we will make an appropriate exchange or refund the invoice amount to you, preferably via the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
