Delivery

We ship worldwide; if your desired delivery country is not shown in the country selection during the ordering process, please contact us. Shipping always takes place from our factory in Solingen, Germany. Shipping costs depend on the order value and the chosen delivery location and will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Delivery time depends on the product and the chosen delivery country. For each item, the time until delivery is indicated directly in the product display. Should the ordered product unexpectedly not be available for delivery on time, we will inform you immediately. Errors are always reserved. If a product is immediately available, shipping will take place immediately. Deliveries within Germany usually take 2-3 working days, deliveries within the EU up to 5 working days depending on the country. Delivery times outside the EU can take up to 10 working days depending on the country; upon request, we can provide you with a more precise delivery time in individual cases.

Express deliveries are also possible upon request; these incur additional costs, which we will inform you about specifically in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the delivery location, we ship with UPS, DHL, or, especially for shipments to countries outside the EU, with various freight and transport companies. As soon as your package leaves our factory, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation.
