Even as a child, he discovered his passion for cooking and dreamed of one day working in a kitchen himself. After thorough training at Schwingshackls Esskultur in Bernried and Tegernsee, he gained valuable experience in some of the best establishments over the last ten years.
Always connected to his home, his career took him to the renowned Hangar 7, Restaurant Ikarus in Salzburg, Il Giardino in Bad Griesbach (under Denis Feix, then awarded two Michelin stars), as well as Lukas Restaurant and Lukas Steak in Schärding. Most recently, he led the kitchen as head chef at Landgasthof Zum Müller in Ruderting.
Now a long-cherished dream is coming true: with his own restaurant, he wants to bring his passion and creativity to the plate. Down-to-earth and authentic, his dishes are at the center – an invitation to enjoy culinary ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
