Fabian Timmer completed his chef apprenticeship at Schützengesellschaft am Brill under his predecessor Herbert Lorenz.He then worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants, including "De Librije" in Zwolle, Netherlands (3 Michelin stars) and "Im Schiffchen" in Düsseldorf (2 Michelin stars). In 2010, he joined Käfer Partyservice in Munich, where he later became head chef and organized exclusive events worldwide.
