Erik Arnecke

Erik Arnecke worked in great establishments before becoming Chef de Cuisine in Frankenberg. He spent a total of seven years at the Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg, including from 2010 – 2012 under Sven Elverfeld (3rd place in Germany). From 2007 to 2010, he had already worked for three years as Chef de Partie at the Hotel & Restaurant Résidence in Essen. There, he became head chef in 2012 and was able to maintain the hotel's two Michelin stars. Since 2015, he has been solely responsible for the gourmet restaurant Philipp Soldan at Hotel Die Sonne Frankenberg.
