 "For me, the best thing about cooking is that you can always combine new dishes and flavors".

In 2017, Christian Eckhardt accompanied the reopening of the PURS restaurant as head chef. In his first year, he was awarded two Michelin stars. After his apprenticeship, he gained experience at Restaurant Bareiss in Baiersbronn, Restaurant Aqua in Wolfsburg, and Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland – all awarded three Michelin stars. To this day, Christian can look back on many successful years as a head chef and is among the 30 best chefs in Germany.

"Creating a restaurant where we ourselves would love to eat" - that is Sarah and Christian's motivation for opening their first own restaurant. After years of working and gaining experience in top gastronomy, the couple is breaking new ground with Lemabri.

Lemabri's food concept will incorporate influences from all over the world, paired with unmistakable refinement in texture and acidity. Sarah contributes her expertise from Asian flavor cuisine, characterized by spiciness, while Christian adds his Francophile creations to the overall concept.

At Lemabri, not only the culinary offerings but also the ambiance is important. The goal is to create a place of enjoyment for the whole family. Whether for a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner or a family celebration with a small or large group – the restaurant in Boppard-Buchholz, Rhineland-Palatinate, is intended to be a place to feel good and enjoy.
