What do I need to do once I've paid?

After successfully completing the order process, send us your knife, including your order confirmation for the sharpening service, to:

How should I pack the knife?

Ideally, send us your knife in its original packaging. If you no longer have it, please ensure that the knife is securely packaged and cannot shift around.

When will I get my knife back?

You will usually receive your knife back within 2-3 weeks.
